The Prophetic Covenant Network (PCN) was founded by Bishop Stanley M. Williams. Bishop Stanley M. Williams has walked in the office of a Prophet for over 20 years.  The Prophetic Covenant Network is a structured fellowship of the Prophetic Office. It is a network that aligns its members with Prophetic relationships and a platform that will display the Prophetic Office the way God set the Prophetic Office in the Body.

Bishop Stanley M. Williams has a strong desire to assist those in ministry, teaching basic foundational principles that will set the proper order and enhance the value of one’s integrity and character.
